sorry for getting back to you so late been a crazy day.
If you don't have PM here is how to activate it:

click user cp next to blogs,

click edit options - in the middle of that page it says messaging + notifications

check off enable private messaging.

You should be all set after that. Let me know if you have any problems and GL big time 3!
